Deposit Details

CABIN DEPOSIT: A full deposit of $500/week/cabin is required to guarantee dates requested (Shorter stays/adjusted deposits will be set at reservation time). Reservation dates will be secured once the full deposit is received. The remaining balance including all taxes and incidentals will be collected at the end of stay, the day prior to departure. We prefer cash, check, Venmo or Paypal, also accepting all major credit cards. RESERVATION CHANGE: With a 30-day or more notice, if a reservation can be rescheduled to an available date within the same season, we will gladly transfer the deposit to the new dates. If cancellation is necessary, with at least a 30-day or more notice, a portion of the cabin deposit may be returned only if we are able to fully fill the vacancy. Cancellations without a 30-day notice will forfeit the collected deposit fully. REBOOKING DEPOSIT: Guests with weekly reservations in the current season are given up to seven days from departure to hold the same cabin/same dates for the next season at $100/cabin/week. Rebooking deposits are applied to the full deposit amount with final deposit payment due by February 15 of each season. Rebooking deposits are non-refundable. BOAT DEPOSIT: Deposit of 50% of rental (up to $250/week) holds reservation. Due to the limited season, all boat deposits are non-refundable.

SPECIAL RATES: We reward loyalty, multiple weeks or multiple reservations within the same season will receive a discount on their stay. We honor those who have served our country! Current military, former military and military families will receive a military discount off the cabin rate during their stay with military id presented…thank you for your service. Grandvalu promotions will not be combined or eligible for any additional discounts. Only one discount per cabin rental will be applied to any stay.
